دل نہیں لگ رہا محبت میں
Zindagi kis tarha par hogi
Dil nahi lag raha muhabbat mein
ہم کو ان سے وفا کی ہے امید
جو نہیں جانتے وفا کیا ہے
Hum ko unse wafa ki hai umeed
Jo nahi janta wafa kya hai
زندگی کم پڑ گئی
ورنہ وہ ناملتا مجال تھی اس کی
Zindagi kam phar gai
Warna woh na milta majal thi uski
جو گزاری نہ جاسکی ہم سے
ہم نے وہ زندگی گزاری ہے
Jo guzari na ja sahki humse
Humne woh zindagi guzari hai
ہم نے کیوں خود پہ اعتبار کیا
سخت بے اعتبار تھے ہم تو
Humne kun khud pa aitebar kiya
Sahkt ba aitebar tha hum toh
بے حسی شرط سے جینے کے لیئے

Ba hissi shart sa jeena ka liya
Aur hum ko ehsas ki bemari hai

Had adab ki baat thi, Had adab mein reh gai

یہ تو عالم ہے خوش مزاجی کا
گھر میں ہر شخص سے الجھتا ہوں
Yeh toh alam hai khush mizaji ka
Ghar mein har shakash se uljhata ho
وہ جو کہتا تھا تارے توڑ لاؤں گا
اس نے آسمان ہی گرا دیا مجھ پر
Woh jo kheta tha tara toor lao ga
Usne asman hi gira diya muj par
ہم کو یاروں نے یاد بھی نہ رکھا
جون یاروں کے یار تھے ہم تو
Hum ko yaaro na yad bhi na rahka
Jaun yaaron ka yaar tha hum toh
ایک ہی حادثہ تو ہے اور وہ یہ کہ آج تک
بات نہیں کہی گئی بات نہیں سنی گئی
Aik hi hadsa toh hai aur woh yeah ka aj tak

اب سبھی کو سبھی سے خطرہ ہے
